About Dr. Keller

Psychotherapist

Dr. Charlie N. Keller

Licensed Therapist

I am a psychotherapist in private practice in San Antonio, Texas. I provide a safe, confidential, nonjudgemental environment for adult individuals to explore a range of concerns that might bring them to therapy. Together we can identify what you are seeking from therapy and what you would like to change in your life.

My Approach & Values

It can be difficult to ask for help and engage in professional therapy, but in my experience, meaningful therapy can not only help us to understand ourselves better, but it can also begin to unlock the authenticity that lives in each of us. Authenticity allows us to engage with our unique potential in new and different ways.

In therapy, we will work collaboratively to alleviate symptoms, but also address what may be underneath them.  My education and training within the realm of depth psychology informs the way that I work as a psychotherapist. Together, we will explore the dynamics of the unconscious on your daily life and interpersonal relationships. We will look at ways of being which are no longer serving you and explore together your role in the life you are living.

While my therapeutic orientation is grounded in depth psychology and Jungian theory, I use a variety of therapeutic techniques depending on each person’s needs. I also make use of dreams as a way of gaining further insight into areas of your life that can be deepened. My role as a psychotherapist is to help someone gain a deeper understanding of themselves, which results in living a more meaningful, conscious life.
